Teacher Gradebook 2026-27
A gradebook that does the weighted math, plus attendance and a parent contact log, for one class of up to 40 students.
What's inside
- Setup: your class name, up to six categories with weights (homework, classwork, quizzes, tests, projects), and a letter grade scale you can change
- Gradebook: up to 60 assignments, each with a category, date and points. Each student gets a percent for every category, an overall grade and a letter. Scores under 70% are shaded
- Leave a score blank for excused work and it won't count
- Attendance: up to 180 school days. Mark A, T or E, and it counts absences, tardies and the attendance rate
- Contact Log: date, student, parent, how you reached them, why, notes, and a follow-up date
For more than one class, make a copy of the sheet for each.
